It was founded in Rome in 1925 by Adele and Edoardo Fendi, and later joined by their five daughters. Fendi is known for its fur, fur accessories, and leather goods, such as the iconic Baguette Bag designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi in 1997. Fendi’s headquarters are in the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, a historic building in Rome.
