PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

By clicking the submit button on the payment page and authorising the charges on your card for today or at a future date, you understand you are entering into a legal and binding contract with D Lady Boss Luxury Boutique Pre Owned Trading L.L.C. to pay the total amount shown on the payment page, to be paid on each date as shown in the payment schedule accessible via the payment page, a copy of which will also be emailed to you for reference.

You acknowledge that the credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.

If for any reason, any of your payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. You understand that you may be charged a late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

If you fail to make the agreed-upon payments as shown in the payment schedule within 15 days of its due date, you forfeit the right to collect the product and D Lady Boss Luxury Boutique Pre Owned Trading L.L.C. reserves the right to withhold 25% of payments already made. All refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

You understand that the product will be delivered to you upon completion of final payment and you are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates, or via an early payment.

The business reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.

SELL WITH D’ LADY BOSS LUXURY BOUTIQUE

Item Eligibility

Luxury items accepted for sale must be authentic, in good condition, and meet our quality standards. D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these criteria.

Consignment Agreement

Consignment items are held for a period during which D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique will display, market, and sell the luxury items. The consignment period and terms will be mutually agreed upon between the seller and D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique.

Pricing and Valuation

D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique, in consultation with the seller, will determine the pricing of the luxury items. Valuations will be based on market trends, condition, brand reputation, and other relevant factors.

Commission

D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique will charge a commission on the final sale price of the luxury items. The commission percentage will be agreed upon in advance and may vary depending on the type of item and market conditions.

Payment

Sellers will receive payment for sold items within a specified timeframe, typically after the conclusion of the consignment period. Payments will be made via the agreed-upon method, and D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique reserves the right to deduct applicable fees, including commission and processing charges.

AUTHENTICITY

The in-house team of experts at D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique is trained to accurately ensure the authenticity and condition of all kinds of luxury products. The evaluation process and assessment criteria followed by the team is unique and differs according to the product category. Each product is also verified by Entrupy Authentication using a combination of artificial intelligence and microscopy to objectively assess the authenticity of an item.

D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique guarantees lifetime authenticity for all the items sold through us. In case an inauthentic item is sold, D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique will initiate a 100% refund and also bear the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

All sales at D’Lady Boss Luxury Boutique are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the proven authenticity of the product. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, including sizing, color, and condition, before making a purchase. In the unlikely event that a customer receives a product that is proven not authentic, we will gladly accept an exchange or provide a full refund. Customers must provide sufficient evidence, such as a professional authentication certificate from a recognized authority, to support their claim of non-authenticity. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To request an exchange due to proven non-authenticity, customers must contact our customer service team. Our team will guide customers through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item.
